Josh Eitingon is the co-founder of DXE Properties. He brings a keen eye to each acquisition, identifying opportunities for growth. With a focus on optimizing property performance, Josh works closely with management to drive each business plan.
Prior to DXE, Josh founded JAE Property Group. JAE was born with his first real estate investment, a 20-unit distressed property in Cincinnati, OH. Josh oversaw all major operations of the company and was instrumental in all phases of acquisition, asset management, and investor relations. Through JAE, Mr. Eitingon and partners established a portfolio of multifamily investment properties clearly fitting into a well-defined investment strategy.
Prior to JAE, Josh was one of two members on the acquisition team at URS Capital Partners, a real estate investment company located in Huntington, NY. Josh was an integral part of the company’s growth from its infancy to the purchase of over $100 million dollars’ worth of multifamily real estate.
Josh is a Chamber of Commerce award recipient. He is a graduate of the University at Albany and resides in Long Island, NY.
Mr. Settanni is the Co-Founder at DXE Properties. His previous experience includes Senior Project Manager for Oxford Properties in New York City. He was the Lead Project Manager of the Oxford’s flagship development project St. Johns Terminal, a $2 billion dollar re-development project in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood. Prior to the acquisition of St. John’s Mr. Settanni worked on Hudson Yards, the $20+ billion dollar mega project on the far west side of Manhattan.
Prior to joining Oxford Properties, Mr. Settanni spent over 3 years with Macklowe Properties as a Project Manager on 432 Park Avenue. In this role, Mr. Settanni was responsible for residential unit and amenity turnover and successfully managed the closings on over $1.5 billion dollars in real estate. Notable other projects on Mr. Settanni’s resume include the New Yankee Stadium and Madison Square Garden Renovation.
Mr. Settanni also owns and operates Settanni Development, LLC. In this capacity he self manages the acquisition, entitlement, financing, construction and disposition of assets. Mr. Settanni recently successfully completed and sold a development of townhouse condo units Westchester, NY.
Mr. Settanni holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor in Engineering from the University of Delaware.
